Attending

Onsite Cabins: We have onsite cabins with a total of 8 bunks. They are available on a first-come basis for $15.00/night/person.

Arrivals: You may arrive as early as the Sunday prior to OBS Start. However, additional nights are $15.00 per night for our club members or $25.00 per night for non-members.
Departure: You must depart by noon Sunday at the end of OBS.

Membership

The Orange Blossom Special is made possible by our club members’ support.

Membership in SPAC is optional. However, by joining, you will receive discounts for new moon weekends, and the inexpensive membership will help SPAC continue to make astronomy accessible to thousands of children and adults in our community.

Release of Liability

Withlacoochee River Park in Dade City, Florida is owned and operated by the Pasco County Board of Commissioners. They together with the St. Petersburg Astronomy Club, Inc, hereafter referred to as Releasees, assume no liability for damages to any person, equipment, animal, vehicle, or any other items brought on the property. In return for acceptance of my registration, I (we) have waved any rights or claims against the Releasees.

I (we) further agree to indemnify and hold harmless all of the Releasees from any injuries or damages they may incur as a result of or in anyway relating to my participation. I have fully read and considered all of the terms and statements contained in this release before submitting my registration. I (we) also acknowledge that checking the “Accept” checkbox below shall have the same force as my (our) signature(s).

Refund Policy: While all payments to the Saint Petersburg Astronomy Club are considered non-refundable donations, cancellations received prior to January 07, 2024 may receive a full refund less $10 processing fee. No refund can be issued after that date.
